Rasam Powder, also known as Rasam Podi, is a traditional South Indian spice blend used to prepare Rasam. The main ingredients includes Coriender Seeds which provides a warm , earthy flavour, Toor Dal, Black Peper, Fenugreek Seeds, Dried Red Chillies, Turmeric Powder and Hing.
