- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct product or offer a refund.
- Other Returns: Due to the nature of our food products, returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment are generally not accepted. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team.
2. Refund Process:

- We may require you to return the product in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hours of placement. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
